Curio in the Classroom is offering an exciting opportunity for you and your students this school year!  Curio Theatre Company is once again inviting schools to schedule matinee performances of shows in our upcoming season.  For the past seven years Curio’s Outreach Program has offered quality, meaningful, and thought-provoking exposure to the theater arts, with an emphasis on works of literary importance.  This program can be designed to fit a variety of educational needs and budgets.

Educators interested in booking matinees, classroom workshops, or tours are urged to contact Curio’s Outreach Coordinator as early as possible.  All inquiries should be directed to Beth Johnson at: outreach@curiotheatre.org or (215) 525-1350.
Curio’s 2011-12 outreach offerings will be coming soon!
Curio is offering matinees for each of the productions in this season
Each show comes with a study guide that includes a history of the play, information about the playwright, themes, symbols, character analysis, and discussion questions.  Each matinee is followed by a facilitated talk back with the actors.  Classroom workshops are also available for an additional fee.
All productions are available at Curio Theatre at the Calvary Center for Culture and Community at 4740 Baltimore Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19143.
