A REFRESHING TAKE ON SHAKESPEARE

I, Peaseblossom
by Tim Crouch
Directed by Dan Hodge
Featuring Brian McCann

September 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 at 7pm!

Curio Theatre Company kicks off its 13th season as part of the FringeArts Festival with
I, Peaseblossom, performed in the historic Woodlands Cemetery in West Philadelphia.

I, Peaseblossom is the story of Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream told through
the fevered dreams of a neglected fairy. Peaseblossom, one of Lady Titania’s fairies, has
only four lines with a total of five words in the entire play! It is a funny, interactive and
sometimes anarchic piece of family theatre that excels in establishing a relationship
between the audience and the performer.
