Scholarship Application Form

Curio Theatre Company makes every effort to build our Scholarship fund throughout the year to continue our 16 year tradition of providing arts education to all youth in our community. In return, we require 100% class attendance from Scholarship recipients. A full Scholarship Contract must be signed by both Curio Theatre Company and the recipient's parent/guardian before attendance on the first day of the class session. Additionally, we may ask for a small testimonial regarding what the Curio Theatre School experience meant to both student and family.

A completed Saturday School or Summer Camp registration and $50 non-refundable deposit are required.
Scholarship applications without a completed registration for your desired program will not be considered.
